The Process…

So each year for the past three I have participated in the process. I have touched up my resume, cleaned my suit, polished my heels, updated applitrak and so much more. Have I participated for nothing? I have been rewarded for my hard work? Have I been successful? Have I learned anything? Have I gotten what I wanted? All of these questions have an answer…

If-You-Stand-For-Nothing-You´ll-Fall-For-Anything-T-ShirtsHave I participated for nothing? No…I have learned more about myself and what I need to do personally to truly get myself ready for interviews. I need to focus in on the beliefs I stand for and want to convey and incorporate those beliefs in every answer.

Have I reached my goals? No…With each interview I feel closer to my goal but haven’t reached it yet. I feel honored to be interviewing…I’d like to go further.

Am I going to give up? NO…Don’t get me wrong, I’ve thought about it often especially after I am rejected again. With each rejection and disappointment, I come back with even more gusto.

What is my goal? My goal is to lead with a title…I would be honored to be a lead learner in an elementary school. I have such a desire to create change with our current educational beliefs…I will like to take my teaching to a different level as I would teach and mentor teachers and other staff members.

I want to empower, ignite, inspire, motivate, support, praise and most of all care for my future team…
